Best March quarter for IPO fund raising since 2018

The Dalal Street witnessed a total of 9 IPOs in the month of March 2021. A total of Rs. 6255 Crore was raised by these companies. Out of these 9 companies, 5 were trading above their issue prices as on 31st March.

There were certain stocks like Nazara technologies and MTAR which were listed at whopping premiums of 79 per cent and 85 per cent respectively.

The biggest issue in the month of March was Kalyan Jewellers, which was able to raise 1175 crore from investors in the primary market. However, it was listed at a discount of 15 per cent on the bourses.
