IPO of KIMS hospital subscribed 37% on second day of bidding

On the second day of bidding, the issue of KIMS hospital is subscribed 37 per cent. The total bids received are for 53 lakh equity shares against the total public offer of 1.44 Crore shares.

KIMS hospitals was incorporated in 1973 and is the largest chain of hospitals in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The IPO opened for subscription in 16th June. The price band for the IPO is Rs 815-825 per equity share. The issue will be closed for subscription on 18th June and the allotment of shares will follow thereafter.

The public offer includes OFS (Offer for sale) of shares worth Rs 1943.74 Crores and a fresh issue of shares worth Rs. 200 Crores.
