The IPO by the operator of women’s wear brand Go Colors consists of a fresh issue of shares for Rs 125 crore and an offer for sale by promoters and investors
The Sequoia and ICICI Ventures backed brand Go Fashion India has filed its draft papers with SEBI for raising funds by rolling out its public offering. GO Fashion India operates Go Colors, a prominent brand of women’s wear.
Along with the Offer for Sale from its stake holders the issue comprises of fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 125 Crores. The brand mainly deals in women’s bottom wears and currently holds a market share of about 8 per cent.
The brand currently operates through a network of 250 brand exclusive outlets spread across 23 Indian states and Union Territories. The company also sells its clothing online through its website and multi brand portals.
