Why should I join CapitalVia’s Masterclass?
It is a structured, step-by-step programme designed to teach the stock market in a practical, approachable way — live interactive sessions, real-world examples and doubt-clearing support, led by experienced professionals. The focus is on the reasoning behind market analysis, not signals.
Is there a free course I can try first?
Yes. Basics of Stock Market is free — four recorded lessons of about fifteen minutes each, and they play on the course page itself, as often as you like. It is the sensible place to start if you are new.
Which course should I take first?
If you are new to the market, start with Basics of Stock Market. If you are comfortable with the basics and want to read charts, take Technical Analysis: Basic Level, then Advanced. Decoding Options is a separate track for derivatives — take it once the basics are solid.
Sessions and format
Are the sessions live or recorded?
The paid courses are live online sessions, taught in Hindi. You also receive the recordings in the academy for reference. The free Basics course is pre-recorded.
What is the timing of the sessions?
Sessions are conducted in the evening.
What if I miss a session?
The paid courses allow flexibility in attending missed sessions, and every session is recorded and available in the academy.
Academy access and materials
Where can I watch the recorded videos?
After enrolment you receive academy access — link, login ID and password — on your registered email address.
What is the validity of the academy (reading material and recorded videos)?
It is valid for the entire course duration.
Is academy access available for life?
No. Academy access runs for the duration of the course you enrolled in. The free Basics course does not use the academy at all — its four lessons are on the course page and you can watch them any time.
Payment and enrolment
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI and digital wallets. Payments should be made only to CapitalVia Global Research Limited.
Do you offer refunds?
No. CapitalVia operates a ‘NO REFUND’ policy. If you are unsure which course fits, start with the free course or talk to the team before enrolling.

What kind of support does CapitalVia offer to students?
Complete learner support: live Q&A during sessions, direct access to instructors for doubt resolution, and a dedicated support team. Students also join a community of learners and receive regular updates and resources.
