The IPO of Laxmi Organic Industries was closed recently for subscription and the allotment of shares is expected very soon. Once the allotment is finalized, the shares will be listed on the exchanges.

The IPO of Laxmi Organic Industries got a very positive response and as a result the issue was subscribed 106.81 times. The subscription was closed n 17th March. The total value of the offering was 600 Crores. It included fresh issue worth 300 Crores and Offer For Sale of 300 Crores.
